Learn Spanish in Murcia, the capital of the region. Murcia is a lively university city combining stunning architecture with artistic flair, it also has a very modern edge with contemporary exhibitions, theatre, music, opera and dance productions available all year round. Located by the sea with nearly 200 beaches, and enjoying an average yearly temperature of 18ºC, the Spanish language school offers a wide range of Spanish courses including an Intensive group course and Spanish with Scuba Diving. 

The Spanish language school provides Spanish courses to students of all levels and all ages. Our school is located right in the centre of the city, just opposite the University. The school has a fully equipped library, the most up-to-date computer aids both in the classrooms and in the main office, set up for multimedia and audio-video activities. The students have free access to the internet, and also the library which has almost a thousand books and films, covering the best of Spanish literature and material for learning Spanish as a foreign language.  The maximum class size is just 10 students per group and the average is 6 per group.

Social and Cultural Activities

Our Spanish language school in Murcia organises a weekly programme of afternoon and evening social activities for students to participate in. These include a guided walking tour of Murcia, social evenings, meals in traditional restaurants and tapas bars, adventure sports, e.g rafting, hang gliding, climbing, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, rowing and canoeing. Other activities that are available are Spanish cooking, guitar playing, dancing, painting, cinema evenings, visits to exhibitions, theatres etc. At the weekend the school offers group excursions to enable the students to explore the region.

Flights to Murcia and Alicante can be arranged from many UK cities and airports. Airport transfers are available from either airport.

Spanish with Scuba Diving

If you fancy a Spanish course with a bit if a twist, why not take the plunge and come study with our Murcia school at their diving location in San Pedro del Pinatar, just 40 minutes from Murcia. Experience and explore the wonderful Mediterranean while learning Spanish. You can take part in breath-taking night dives, boat dives down to shipwrecks, and the world renowned Mediterranean Shore sites.

Courses run for 1 or 2 weeks all year round, and you will have 3 hours Spanish per day, and 4 hours diving theory and practice. All instructors are fully qualified and highly experienced in all water sports.

Other water activities such as sailing, kite surfing, wake surfing, water skiing and rowing are also offered.

All equipment is provided and students do not need to have any previous diving experience. Dive instructions are given for all levels from beginner.

Courses start every Monday, with a maximum of 10 students per class.
A typical timetable would be 10h00 – 13h30 & 16h00 – 19h00.
